Shamika Schools: I agree. Either really bright color or just go nude shoes
An Trebil: Gold goes really well. So do solid colors that are bright. Heels or flatts would go with the dress.
Marcia Cheathan: Probably any color or print would go with it. I would personally favor brighter colors since tan and black are duller. Animal print (leopard) would look cute because it would accent the tan and black. I would, however, stick to one or a few colors within the shoes and accessories; you don't want to overwhelm the look.
