Wilmer Skidmore: I was going to suggest Boudin, but someone has beaten me to it. There are a number of Dutch 17th century seascapes in the National Gallery in London, if you just need sea. If you mean recreational seaside (as in holidays) I'm slightly stuck, as it's only a concept from the mid-19th century onwards. I have a feeling that Picasso might have painted beach scenes, and I think there are War paintings of landings ! on the beach, but that's probably not what you want.
